Uncensored Character Swap: Put Your Original Adult Character Into a 3–15 s Clip

Every second of your clip is billed twice, once as input and once as output, at this swap’s own rate for the resolution you pick (9, 18 or 35 credits per billed second at 480p, 720p or 1080p), with a floor of 30 credits. So a 5-second clip at 720p is 10 billed seconds × 18 credits = 180 credits, and 10 seconds at 720p comes to 360.

Two ways to spend less. Trim the clip to the moment you need before uploading, since each second counts twice. And try the swap at 480p first (90 credits for 5 seconds), moving up a tier only for the version you keep.

The character image must show an original adult character: one you designed, for example on Spicy UNCENSORED, or drew yourself. The character is over 18 in stated age and in appearance, and is not a copy of anyone else’s character from a series, game or comic.

Real people are out. Don’t upload a photo of a celebrity, a creator, an ex, a coworker or anyone else, and don’t prompt for a lookalike to get there. Sexual video of a real person made without their consent does real harm, and the Terms of Service ban it outright.

The person in the motion clip is replaced, but their movement stays. That makes the clip somebody’s performance, so it needs a clean source:

• Fine: footage you recorded of yourself; footage of another adult who agreed to this use; stock or licensed footage whose license covers AI edits; movement reference you animated yourself.
• Not fine: clips downloaded from adult sites, social media, films or streams; footage of anyone who hasn’t agreed; anything showing a minor, in any role.

For a clean result, choose a clip with one person in it, the whole body in view, steady light and no hard cuts.

1. Make one clean picture of your character: full body, neutral pose, plain background, framed roughly like the person in your clip.
2. Trim the motion clip to 3–15 seconds of the action you want and save it as MP4 or MOV.
3. Open Character Swap with Spicy UNCENSORED, confirm you are 18 or older if asked, and upload both files.
4. Pick a resolution and decide on sound. Add a note only if the look needs one, such as “warm sunset light” or “keep the red scarf”.
5. Check the price shown, run it, and review the result in your history. Re-run at a higher resolution only once the 480p test looks right.

• The face or outfit wanders. Use a sharper, better-lit character image framed close to the clip’s framing, and shorten the note or drop it.
• Hands and props glitch. Pick clips where the hands stay clear of the body and of objects; quick hand movement is the hardest part to carry over.
• The light doesn’t match. Describe the clip’s light in the note, for example “dim blue club light from the left”.
• Proportions jump. A character built very differently from the person in the clip tends to stretch. Choose footage of someone with a similar height and build.
• The wrong person is replaced. Use a clip with one person in it.

Every swap falls under the 18+ rules in the Terms of Service: adults only, no one else’s characters, no violence or non-consent. This tool adds one more: the character is always fictional, never a real person.
